88kiss Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs all use of the 88kiss platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided. These Terms take effect immediately upon registering a new account or accessing any part of our platform.

88kiss reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or in-account notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

This document should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 88kiss.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 88kiss platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Being legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not located in a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling activities.
• Register under your own name only — registering on behalf of others is strictly prohibited.
• Never voluntarily or forcibly self-excluded from any gambling platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. 88kiss reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a national ID, bank statement, or other relevant documents, to verify your identity before processing withdrawals.

3Account & Security Responsibilities

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated, with any remaining balance potentially forfeited.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
• All activity that occurs in your account, whether carried out by you or any other party.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Ensure your personal information is always up to date and accurate.

88kiss will not be held liable for any losses arising from you sharing your login credentials or failing to maintain the security of your account.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

88kiss supports a variety of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including FPX, bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are credited to your account within 1–5 minutes of payment confirmation.
• Only funds from legitimate sources and in your own name may be deposited.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 30.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered under the same member's name.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• 88kiss reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review purposes when necessary.

5Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 88kiss are subject to the wagering requirements stated in each promotion's terms. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the specified wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated period — expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• 88kiss reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts.
• In the event of any discrepancy, the Bahasa Melayu version of the promotional terms shall prevail.

6Game Rules

All games offered on the 88kiss platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified to ensure the fairness and randomness of every game outcome.

General game rules:

• All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the affected bet will be returned to the member's account.
• In the event of a display error or software malfunction, 88kiss reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the funds to the member's account.
• Wins arising from an obvious system error are invalid and will not be paid out.
• 88kiss reserves the right to limit or adjust betting limits for any game at any time.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the 88kiss platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tools that manipulate gameplay.
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or loopholes in any game.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour toward our support staff.

8Account Suspension & Termination

88kiss reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected by our system.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

In the event of account suspension due to a violation, 88kiss reserves the right to hold any funds in the account while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation confirms a serious violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal following standard procedures.

9Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 88kiss shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our platform.
• Service interruptions due to system maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.
• Game results disputed more than 30 days after the date of play.

In all cases, the maximum liability of 88kiss to any member shall not exceed the member's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

10Privacy Policy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 88kiss is governed by Privacy Policy us, which forms part of this agreement. By using our platform, you agree to the practices described in that Privacy Policy.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 88kiss is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism established by the relevant authorities.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
