Account & Registration
Go to the Register and fill in the required details — username, phone number and password. Verify your phone number via the OTP code sent by SMS. The entire process takes under 2 minutes. Registration is completely free.
The minimum age is 18 years. The 88kiss platform is for adults only. During the identity verification (KYC) process, your age will be confirmed via your identification document. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be terminated immediately.
No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all such accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited. If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset function.
Log in to your account and go to "Profile Settings". Some changes, such as your phone number, require additional identity verification for security reasons. Contact our support team via live chat if you are unable to access those settings.
KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required before your first withdrawal. You will need to submit a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and a recent bank statement. The process is typically completed within 1–2 business days and only needs to be done once for the lifetime of your account.
Deposits & Payments
88kiss accepts a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia:
- FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and others)
- Touch 'n Go eWallet

The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods. The maximum deposit limit depends on your chosen method and account level. VIP members enjoy higher deposit limits. Check the "Deposit" tab in your account for the latest limits applicable to your account.
Most deposits via FPX and eWallet are processed automatically within 1–5 minutes. Manual bank transfer deposits may take 5–15 minutes depending on bank processing times. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, contact support with proof of payment receipt.
88kiss does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, some banks or eWallet providers may apply a small transaction fee on their end. Check with your payment service provider for details on any charges that may apply.
Withdraw Funds
Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours (8 AM – 11 PM). Withdrawals made outside operating hours or on public holidays may take up to 2 hours. Funds are credited directly to the bank account registered in your profile.
The minimum withdrawal is RM30. The daily maximum withdrawal limit varies by account tier — regular members have a lower limit compared to VIP members. To increase your withdrawal limit, you can upgrade to a VIP tier through our loyalty programme.
Withdrawals may be delayed or rejected for several reasons:
- KYC verification not yet completed
- Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
- Bank account details are incomplete or do not match the account name
- Request exceeds the daily withdrawal limit
No. For security and anti-money laundering compliance reasons, all withdrawals must be made to a bank account in the same name as the 88kiss account holder. The bank account must be registered under the same name as your account profile.
Bonuses & Promotions
Wagering requirements refer to the amount you need to wager before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling RM1,000 before that bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash. The new member welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account. However, 88kiss offers a variety of ongoing promotions such as weekly reload bonuses, cashback, and seasonal promotions that you can enjoy repeatedly. Check the Promotions page for the latest offers available to you.
A bonus may not be credited if: you did not claim it within the specified period, the required minimum deposit was not met, or you have previously claimed the same bonus. Some bonuses must be claimed manually via the "Promotions" section in your account. If you believe a bonus was incorrectly missed, contact support with proof within 24 hours.
